Ancient Wyrm Studios offers the following services:

• Miniature Painting
• Miniature Conversion
• Custom Terrain and Display Boards

Each commission is different from the rest. Please contact the studio with ideas on what you are looking for to have done.  References are always welcome and a huge help to get the ideas mapped out in an efficient manner.  For new customers 50% of the total commission fee is due up front before any work is completed.

All quotes include cleaning, assembly, painting, basing.  You are not charged for brushes or paint.  Stripping paint is at an additional cost that varies depending on commission size.

The models must be purchased/provided by you.  Ancient Wyrm Studios does not purchase any models as part of the commission.  You can either have the models shipped to the studio directly from the retailer you purchase from or you can mail them if you already possess them.

Once the models are received they will be cleaned of flash and mold release.  They will then be assembled, including pinning and epoxy where necessary.  Painting will then commence and updates will be sent via email throughout the process.

Once the work is completed pictures will be provided for final review.  Once the work has been approved the final 50% of the payment is due before the models ship out to you.  Upon receiving the payment, the commission piece or pieces will be mailed in a well protected package with insurance and delivery confirmation via USPS.  If you require a different shipping method, that can be arranged.
